We want you to love your purchase from S&L Boutique. If there’s ever an issue, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on bath and body items (including lotions, body sprays, whipped washes, scrubs, and bath bombs). This is for hygiene, safety, and product integrity.
We can only accept returns on unused, unopened, and sealed items that are in their original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a “For damaged or incorrect items, we require a short video showing the product, packaging, and issue so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.” We will replace or refund the item.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for processing.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on bath and body products for hygiene reasons.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
