Dispatch Times All orders are handmade, prepared, and packed with care. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we always work as quickly as possible.

Shipping Method We ship all orders via Royal Mail 48, which typically delivers within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Estimates Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days from the date of purchase. Please note: delivery times may vary during holidays, strikes, or severe weather.

Shipping Locations We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Issues / Missing Parcels If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.

Address Errors Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
